Extrusion Application

Extrusion Application

Extrusion, also known as extrusion, is a plastic molding process and one of the important methods of thermoplastic molding.

Extrusion is to heat the plastic raw material to make it in a viscous state. Under the action of pressure, it passes through the extrusion die to become a continuum with a cross-section similar to the shape of the die, and then cools to form a glass state, which is obtained by cutting. A plastic article with a certain geometry and size.

For example, heating and pressurizing the material in an extruder to make it into a melt-flow state, and then extruding it continuously from a die to form, is called extrusion. This method can produce tubes, tubes, rods, films, sheets, profiles, wires, etc.

Application areas:

Water supply pipes, drainage pipes, threading pipes, anti-corrosion insulation pipes, water pipes, extubation pipes, inner walls of deep pipes, outer wall pipes, PE pipes, PP pipes, PVC pipes, wires, etc.
